GetElected2026.com provides campaign consultation and managed outreach services through Marketing1st. These terms describe the website and consultation process. Final client work requires a separate written agreement or approved campaign scope.
We provide campaign outreach systems, voter-contact operations, reporting, and related services. We do not guarantee election results, vote totals, fundraising results, media coverage, rankings, or platform approvals.
Campaigns are responsible for the accuracy and legality of campaign claims, disclaimers, donor requests, voter lists, permissions, scripts, and outreach instructions they approve.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Campaigns should consult election, communications, and campaign-finance counsel before launching calls, texts, emails, automated voice, polling, or fundraising campaigns.
Consultation requests do not guarantee acceptance. We may decline work because of capacity, direct race conflict, budget, compliance risk, technical feasibility, or strategic fit.
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, interfere with forms or systems, scrape restricted areas, or use the site for unlawful activity.
